Hypez is a Discord server discovery and promotion platform. We provide a listing service where users can add their Discord servers, and others can search and join them.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must log in via Discord. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate our terms.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Posting content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory.
  • Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service (e.g., DDoS attacks).
  • Using automated scripts or bots to artificially inflate server stats (e.g., vote manipulation).

5. Content Guidelines

All servers and content listed on Hypez must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We strictly prohibit servers that promote:

  • Hate speech or harassment
  • Illegal content or activities
  • Sexual violence or non-consensual sexual content
  • Malware or phishing

6. Premium Services

We may offer premium features (e.g., "Boosts") for a fee. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing and billing methods at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hypez is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
