Sales Agreement

1. Introduction

This Sales Agreement ("Agreement") governs the purchase of premium services and digital goods ("Premium Features") on Hypez. By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

2. Premium Features

Hypez offers various paid features to enhance your experience, such as "Server Boosts" which increase the visibility of your server on our listing. The specific benefits and duration of these features are described at the point of purchase.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1. Pricing

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are inclusive of VAT where required by law, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, price changes will not affect active subscriptions until the next renewal period.

3.2. Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on the checkout page. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use it.

4. Refund Policy

Since our Premium Features are digital goods that are immediately consumed or activated upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws.

If you believe you were charged in error or faced a technical issue preventing you from receiving the purchased benefits, please contact billing@hypez.live within 48 hours of the transaction.

5. Subscription Cancellations

If you purchase a recurring subscription, you may cancel it at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to the Premium Features until that time. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to Premium Features if you violate our Terms of Use or Community Guidelines. In such cases, no refund will be provided for any remaining subscription time or unused benefits.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hypez operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
