Content Policy

1. Policy Overview

At Hypez, we strive to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all users. This Content Policy outlines what is permissible on our platform and what is strictly prohibited. By listing your server or posting content on Hypez, you agree to adhere to these guidelines.

2. Prohibited Content

We have a zero-tolerance policy for the following types of content:

2.1. Illegal Content

Any content that violates local, national, or international laws is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, content related to drug trafficking, human trafficking, and the sale of illegal goods or services.

2.2. Sexual Violence and CSAM

We strictly prohibit any content depicting sexual violence, non-consensual sexual content, or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Violations will be immediately reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies.

2.3. Hate Speech and Harassment

Content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics is not allowed. harassing or bullying individuals is also prohibited.

2.4. Malicious Content

Do not distribute viruses, malware, or any other code designed to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software or hardware. Phishing and social engineering attempts are strictly banned.

3. NSFW Content

Servers that contain Not Safe For Work (NSFW) content must be explicitly marked as such. The content must still comply with all other sections of this policy (e.g., no non-consensual content). Failure to properly tag NSFW servers may result in removal.

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove any content or server that violates this policy without prior notice. Repeat offenders may have their accounts permanently suspended. If you encounter content that violates this policy, please report it via our "Report" feature or contact support.
